Filed 2004, Pattaya Provincial Court
Andrew Drummond lost the case and was ordered to pay the plaintiffs the sum of one million Thai Baht (US$32,000). Drummond plead poverty, but actually had one of his drones put Drummond's car in his buddy's name. However, the plaintiffs did have Drummond's Toyota truck seized and the court sold it for 70,000 baht (US$2,650). Drummond is in default of this court ordered payment and proves what a dead beat he really is while he collects "donations" from lonely, British pensioners living in Thailand.
